Goals

Goal 1: Enhance professional and organizational development efforts that support current and future community college leaders

Objectives:
Sponsor an annual leadership symposium
Conduct a leadership forum at the annual AACC convention
Sponsor an annual Fellows leadership training program
Identify and disseminate leadership tools and best practices through the Vision newsletter

Goal 2: Establish strategic alliances that foster Hispanic leadership

Objectives:
Identify and establish key relationships/alliances with other organizations
Establish collaborative relationships with key corporate partners

Goal 3: Strengthen the organization

Objectives:
Secure resources to support the implementation of other goals and objectives
Increase membership
Increase visibility
