Annual Leadership Symposium Registration

This year's Symposium will be held on Sunday, September 28 through Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Click the appropriate price in the table below to register online and pay by credit card or debit card, or create an invoice to mail with your check!

Paying by Check?

Go ahead and register on line and use the shopping cart to create an invoice for your check. Write checks to NCCHC and send payment to NCCHC, PO Box 1057, Valley Spring, CA 95252. For more information, contact NCCHC at (310) 531-5081 or send email. Your reservation will be finalized when your check have been received by NCCHC. If you register on line by August 29th have your check written for the early bird rate. Checks are due by September 19th.

Group Rate

Those member colleges who register, pay for and have three or more representatives in attendance at the Symposium will receive a $35 rebate on each fee following the conference.

Rebate form must be picked up at Symposium check-in and must be completed / submitted by October 15, 2008 for rebate to apply. Rebate will be sent within two weeks of receiving completed form.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued after September 19th. Cancellations by or before the 19th will receive a refund less a $75 administration fee. Substitutions are welcome. Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to admin@ncchc.com. NCCHC is not responsible for undelivered emails. Please allow up to four weeks after conference for processing refunds.
