Reservations/Cut-off Date: Reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. central time on September 1, 2011 in order to secure the group rate as long as rooms are available. We encourage early reservations in order to ensure availability as a room block can sell out at any time. Call 1 (800) EMBASSY (800-362-2779) to make your reservations. Make sure you use the group code of “NCCHC” when calling.

Room Rate: $159 plus 16.75% tax ($185.63 total) single or double occupancy. $20 per night additional for each additional person. Rate includes a full cooked to order breakfast each day and a nightly managers reception. All rooms are suites and include a parlor/living room with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and microwave.

Internet Access: NCCHC has negotiated complimentary internet access for all guest rooms. Internet access in the lobby is $9.95 for every 24 hours.

Airport: Fly in and out of San Antonio International Airport (SAT).

Ground Transportation: A taxi is approximately $25-$30 each way from and to the airport. San Antonio Transit Airport Express (shuttle) is $18 per person each way.

Parking: $22 per day valet with in/out privileges; self parking available at nearby lots for a fee.
