No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 18, 2020. Substitutions are welcome. Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. NCCHC is not responsible for undelivered emails. Please allow up to three weeks after the webinar for processing refunds.
